Aside from being a fantastic designer, he'll work tirelessly, perfecting a schedule and helping in every manner of production—from charming the subjects and putting them at ease to moving gear and lighting, ensuring we're on schedule, and keeping the clients happy. I swear I can spot his work when I see it (which is a compliment of the highest order), and out of the hundred or so designers I know, I chose Dave to design my first book. (Which won a Cube, no less!)

I recently had the opportunity to work with Dave on a Visit Dallas creative advertising campaign that I was commissioned to photograph. I have worked with a lot of creative directors over the years on projects large and small and the ones that have proven to be the most successful, as well as fun, are the ones that are the most collaborative in nature. Dave embodies this spirit holistically. He is respectful of the creative process and champions a 'we are better together' mentality. Working with Dave during our time together at Greenhaus was an honor.
